Between Ataco and Tacuba spans one of the most intriguing coffee areas in the country. A unique location at high altitudes with young volcanic soils and hidden from the pacific ocean winds, lies La Finca San Miguel Buena Vista. Don Rodrigo Herrera continues the legacy of generations since his maternal great grandmother, Luisa Morán de Calderón, initiated this venture.
These beautiful 219 hectares of high altitude rich soils are cultivated with 70% original Bourbon coffee and 30% Pacas, all under shade. Within this area, are 18 hectares of well protected mature woods, which form part of the "El Imposible" National forest.
