Within this classification, can be found coffees with very special and distinct characteristics in bean size and flavor, due to the preparation processes and the cultivation methods. Our principal coffees in this classification are: Astro “Pacamara”, Diamante “Strictly High Grown Plus” and San Antonio “Sustainable coffees”.
Since each of the coffees in this line of special preparations possesse unique characteristics, each is obligated to be collected, processed and individually stored to allow for guaranteed traceability.
