We proudly present the coffees that we have discovered to possess special characteristics in flavor, aroma, body, and boast of a high level of consistency. Each of these coffees originates from rich volcanic soils.

The coffees cultivated on the selected farms in our Estate Coffee Program are singled out for developing unique flavors and grades of distinct acidity induced by the slow maturation process achieved at the high altitude microclimates. These farms cultivate 100% Bourbon coffee, an Arabica variety. Bourbon is world renowned and considered to be one of the finest coffees because of the intrinsic characteristics of the beans, the high levels of acidity as well as its complex aroma.
